Not lead generation. Not marketing execution. Positioning and packaging for IT service founders, delivered as a single concentrated engagement.
For founders of MSPs, security, cloud, infrastructure and IT consultancies doing €30–80K/month who are technically excellent and commercially invisible.
Every deal you have ever closed arrived through somebody who already knew you. There is no pipeline you actually control.
You cannot explain what you do without a five minute preamble, and you can feel it landing flat every time you try.
A firm this competent should not be invisible to the market it serves. Being good at the work should be legible from the outside.
You have probably already tried an agency, LinkedIn, or hiring a salesperson. None of it fixed the problem, because better distribution of a generic position just distributes it faster.
Most consultants do the thinking for you. You leave with a deck you did not build, describing a position you cannot defend in a room, and the moment the engagement ends so does your ability to use any of it.
I learned that the expensive way. My first paying client disengaged because I did all of it for him. The system lived on his account and in my head, so when we finished he had nothing to drive.
So the model changed. You complete the prep pack before the day. You make every call about your market, your message, and your offer. I set the direction and hold you to a harder standard than you would hold yourself. What you leave with is yours because you built it.
Who you serve, why you win, and what you abandon. The third one is where the value is and the reason the day is uncomfortable.
The offer, named, scoped, and priced. Something a stranger can understand and buy without a call to explain it.
Pipeline architecture. Which channels, in what order, at what cadence, and run by whom. Specifically not by you wherever that is possible.
Twenty items across four sections, scored out of forty, plus a thirty minute readout. You get your score, your bottleneck named, and one move to run this week. It is mandatory and there are no exceptions.
One day. Five hours live. Position, package, message, and pipeline architecture. Within seventy two hours you receive the Position Document, and then the engagement is released.
Half a day, once a quarter, only if you want it. There is no monthly retainer and there never will be. Recalibration happens in bursts or it does not happen.
Defend your market choice out loud. Name what you are giving up. This is the hardest block and the reason the day is worth the fee.
Push until the position is specific enough that a competitor could not put it on their own site.
Decide the scope, the outcome, and the number. You own the price because you set it.
Stress test it against what your buyer will actually compare you to and where the pricing logic breaks.
Write the sentence you say when someone asks what you do, and the version that goes on the site.
Strip the jargon, the hedging, and every phrase that could belong to any other firm in your category.
Choose the channels you will actually run and commit to a cadence you can sustain on a bad week.
Sequence them, assign each one an owner, and tell you honestly which ones will not work for you.
If by the end of the second block you do not have a position you can state in one sentence and actually believe, we stop the day and I refund the fee in full. That is the part inside my control, so that is the part I guarantee.
Those depend entirely on what you do in the weeks after the day ends. Anyone who guarantees them is either guessing or planning to argue with you about the definition later.
Four a month is a ceiling, not a sales target. It exists to protect the thing that makes the day worth the fee.
Start with the diagnostic — €100There is no discount at any point, for any reason. If €3,500 is not carryable right now, the €297 Positioning Kit is the same methodology and you run it yourself. That is precisely what it is for.
Every competitor in this market sells on results claims. Almost none publish what did not work. These are my numbers, and every one of them can be evidenced on request.
ISGF has had one paying client to date. I will not manufacture the other nine. When there is an evidenced case study it will appear here with the client's written confirmation behind it, and not one day sooner.
The results I reference from my time as CMO at KBWEB Consult are real. They were produced with a company's brand, budget, and existing client base behind me. Bootstrapping attention as an unknown solo consultant in a saturated market is a different problem, and it is the one I have not solved yet.
What this record actually argues. The methodology has not failed. It had never been sold to a founder with signing authority, at a price that permits the delivery it requires. That is what this page now is. If you want somebody with fifty logos, they exist and they sell execution. If you want the strategic layer from someone who will show you his real numbers first, this is that.
His process became the foundation for how we will grow long term. Kaloyan brought clarity to every strategic decision we faced, from positioning to a premium offer and go-to-market plan.
I am a former CMO. I help IT service founders build a market position their competitors cannot copy, and package it into an offer with a name, a scope, and a price on it.
Every established firm in this market sells execution: campaigns, SEO, content, monthly retainers. Several of them are good at it. Almost none of them sell the strategic layer as its own thing, which is why so many founders end up paying for excellent execution of a position that was never sharp enough to execute.
My style is direct. We make decisions fast, we cut what you are pretending to be good at, and I will tell you on the diagnostic call if you do not need me.
– Kaloyan
This is not a vague discovery call. It is a paid working session with a deliverable, and the deliverable is the point.
You score yourself across twenty items in four sections before we speak. I read it, prepare, and we spend thirty minutes on what it revealed. Your lowest section is your bottleneck, and it is frequently not the one you came in expecting.
The €100 is what lets me tell you the truth on the call, including the truth that you do not need me. A free call is a sales call wearing a costume.
A score out of 40 across Client Clarity, Offer & Positioning, Distribution, and Sales & Conversion
Your tier and your bottleneck named, with the symptom that confirms it
One move to run this week, and a straight answer on whether the Intensive is a fit
Mandatory before the Intensive. No exceptions, including for founders who are certain they already know what is wrong.
Fair question, and it is why the record is on this page rather than buried. Nine months of building ISGF produced effectively no revenue, and I could have written three testimonials instead of telling you that. What failed was bootstrapping attention as an unknown solo consultant with no distribution. What did not fail is the methodology, which came out of a CMO role where it had a brand and a budget behind it. You are buying the strategic work, and you can judge it on the diagnostic call for €100 before you commit to anything larger.
Because a €3,500 day built on the wrong diagnosis is a €3,500 day wasted, for both of us. Founders arrive certain they have a lead generation problem and usually have a positioning problem that looks like one from the inside. The €100 hour is what stops that. If it shows the Intensive is not what you need, I will say so on the call.
You do the thinking. You complete the prep pack before the day and you make every decision about your market, your offer, and your message. I set the direction, push where you are being comfortable, and produce the Position Document. If the prep pack is not complete when we start, we reschedule. That is not a formality, it is the lesson from the first engagement.
No, and this is out of scope by design rather than by capacity. I do not run campaigns, write your posts, or configure your tools. That work goes to your team, or you hire a contractor for it, or it does not happen. Setting the direction and executing it are two different jobs, and doing both is how the last engagement went wrong.
No discount, at any point, for any reason. The price is the structure rather than a number, and discounting it would rebuild exactly the model that did not work. If €3,500 is not carryable this quarter, the €297 Positioning Kit is the same methodology in a format you run yourself, and it exists precisely for that.
You receive the Position Document within seventy two hours and the engagement is released. No ongoing obligation on either side. If you want recalibration later there is an optional half day Re-Intensive at €1,500, quarterly at most. There is no monthly retainer and there will not be one.
The €100 Growth Diagnostic. One hour, a written report, and a straight answer about whether you need me.
